This is the return of the bear’s garlic to the garden. Like every year, I don’t have sufficient quantities to make large pesto jars; I, therefore, promote recipes where a few leaves make the difference, like this Italian inspiration soup, which is super quick to prepare in the evening after the gig. The lemon, garlic association of bears and parmesan, works perfectly. The soup is delicious; I put a beautiful amount of white pepper there to make it slightly spicy; we love it!
