Tart with vegetables and Ossau-Iraty mousse

A few words about this recipe
I wanted a cheese mousse and spring vegetables, full of colors and vitamins. And here they are gathered on a pretty table, on a pie base, enhanced with young watercress shoots, very intense, and ground ivy leaves.
