Bear garlic soup

A few words about this main dish recipe
A fragrant and creamy little soup with this beautiful spring savage. You can also add a bit of fresh liquid or oat cream to give a little smoothness. I did not do it because I wanted to keep the vegetable taste of the bear’s garlic as much as possible.
