Gaspacho yellow with curry

A few words about this recipe
Originally, Gaspacho is a Spanish soup based on cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, and bread crumbs, raised with olive oil and garlic, and eaten cold.
In this recipe, we replaced the cucumber with yellow zucchini. When they are still young, it is not helpful to peel them or remove the glitch, which is still small and tender.
If you have dry bread, this is an opportunity to use it to avoid food waste.
